What are the expected delivery times from order?
Delivery is normally overnight, aside from larger items.
Large items shipped to a North Island address take between 2 – 3 working days.
Large items shipped to a South Island address take between 3 – 5 working days.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, direct debit, and cash or EFTPOS if you are collecting from our warehouse in East Tamaki, Auckland.
Is there a warranty on the products?
All of our products carry a warranty however they do differ depending on the item. Feel free to give us a call on 0800 237 655 for full warranty information.
I am not a fan of purchasing online. Can I buy over the phone?
Yes, absolutely, just phone us on 0800 237 655 to order.
I have an older model of Ute not shown on the website and I need some accessories, what should I do?
Whilst we will tend to stock products for current models, from time to time we will have product lines in stock for older models , just phone us on 0800 237 655 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your returns policy?
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase you may do so provided that;
- You return the goods within 14 days of purchase
- You produce the original receipt as proof of purchase
- The item is in its original packaging
- The item is undamaged
- The customer is to pay the return freight cost to our East Auckland warehouse
