Shipping

Nationwide New Zealand freight available. 
Delivery on in-stock small item orders placed before 10am are typically overnight.
Larger items* shipped to a North Island address take approximately 1-3 working days.
Larger items* shipped to the South Island will take approximately 3-5 working days.
All delivery timeframes are subject to any carrier changes or delays. Holiday periods may be subject to increased lead times due to increased courier lead times.
*Larger items include canopies, lids, heavy or oversize products.

If an item states "Low Stock - Please call us" instead of "In Stock" the availability of the item is not guaranteed and we would recommended contacting us before ordering to confirm potential lead time.

 

Returns

Please contact us directly to lodge a return request so we can ensure it is processed promptly when it arrives. 
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may do so provided that:

  • Goods are returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Original invoice or receipt is provided as proof of purchase
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The item is undamaged
  • The customer is to pay the return freight cost to our East Auckland warehouse
  • A 10% re-stocking fee applies for all goods returned
  • Please note deposits are non-refundable
